Met up with some friends for long weekend, Broadway is a great location with plenty of interesting places to visit both in Broadway and surrounding area. Accommodation was right in the heart of Broadway so perfect for high street and dining

Check-in is contactless and you only message with someone via what’s app. Finding the lodge itself isn’t simple for non-residents as it is tucked away. They have an agreement with a neighbouring hotel for parking, but despite registering our vehicle with this hotel, we still managed to get a parking ticket (this problem ended up being resolved quickly by calling the other hotel in question). Overall, Broadway was a beautiful place to visit, and the Lodge itself is kind of cute with little animal themes, but this wasn’t our favourite lodging on this vacation.

Girls weekend for a 50th birthday celebration

Very comfortable, lovely place to stay. Beautiful part of the UK. Beautiful high street and lovely restaurants. Had a beautiful meal at the Grill . Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location

Perfect location just off the high street and with easy walking distance of all the amenities. Visiting friends so didn’t use the food option but had been to the cafe before and recommend it. There are a number of steps up to the accommodation so be aware if you have difficulty with stairs.

The room is clean and cosy. The location is excellent. It would be better if the ventilation could be improved because it was too hot at night. Although they’ve provided an industrial fan in the room it was too noisy to switch on at night while you sleep.

Jo and Emma were very welcoming. After realising we had arrived at our destination a day earlier than we had booked, Jo managed to find us a room - for which we were very grateful. The room was lovely, well appointed and large. The location is excellent, close to everything and the cafe serves an amazing breakfast.

First, very little parking because of construction in the area. We couldn’t even find the place. No good directions about how to even find out where it was. No code was given for us to open the door. Had someone inside not opened the door and given us the codewe would’ve been on the street all night. Then they told us that the key was gonna be in a certain place and it wasn’t. I called and left four messages on the phone numbers they provided for me and no one returned my calls. And lastly, someone called me the next day saying they noticed that I had left a negative survey about the property. But they neither offered me any rebate or portion of rebate and they said they would email me or call me back and tell me what happened and they never did. This is not the way to run a business. I own an Airbnb in the United States and this would completely ruin you if we treated our guests the way we were treated here. Avoid this place if you can.

This inn has self-service check-in that was easy to navigate. The property is tucked behind the businesses on the main street, so just a little tricky to find. But very cozy and charming accommodations befitting of the Cotswolds!
