The perfect nature getaway. Creekside Arthouse is a custom cabin designed (completed end of 2022) for one to two families (accommodates up to 8 guests). Expansive windows blend the inside with the outside. There is also a rotational art display throughout the cabin. Hardwood and Pine trees surround the cabin. The wrap-around deck has views of a seasonal creek. This prime location is secluded, yet only minutes away from Beaver Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and close to all the fun attractions in Hochatown.

THE SPACE
This brand-new luxury cabin has two split master suites, each includes a plush pillow top king bed, Roku Smart TV, and reading nook. Both bedrooms have an attached walk-in Rainfall shower system. One master suite has direct access to the jacuzzi and deck.

The open floorplan features expansive windows with the perfect view of nature. The kitchen-dining-living space has an abundance of natural light and is versatile for family activities. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as: a gas stove and oven, large island, granite counter tops, stainless steel sink and high-end appliances. It is fully stocked with cooking and dining essentials.

The living area is furnished with a modern sectional sofa, floor-to-ceiling gas burning fireplace, and a 65” Roku Smart TV. The spacious farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 8 with an adjacent window nook to relax in (and cure any food comas).

Just outside the living and dining area is the outdoor living space, which is over 1,300 square feet. The wrap-around deck has a floor-to-ceiling gas burning fireplace, propane grill, 65” Roku Smart TV, a secluded 6 person jet hot tub, an outdoor shower, and plenty of seating for dining and entertaining. There are stairs from the deck that lead to the industrial firepit, perfect for a cozy spot to make s’mores and great conversation.

A separate studio/game room can be accessed from the deck. It includes 4 bunk beds with sturdy pillow top mattresses and a half bath. This space is the perfect place for fun! Create art, play board games, the activities are endless.
