Enjoy Beautiful Lake Cumberland from this Newly built 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home. Two of the three bedrooms have full bath ensuites. The third full bath is off the entry. There is an additional upper-level, bonus space with two double beds and a sleeper sofa… The home comfortably sleeps a total of 12 guests. Take in the beautiful views of the Lake from inside the house or from the large deck, which has plenty of seating and a flat top grill. If you are Boating…You are just a block away from a small public boat ramp, or if you prefer, you can put your Boat in at Gen. Burnside Island (8min) or Conley Bottom Marina (15min). Ridgeview Lakehouse has ample driveway space and an additional gravel drive to handle your boat and parking needs. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All garbage should be bagged and placed in the large blue containers. Set the full cans at the end of the concrete drive when you check out.
Leave the front porch and garage lights on when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful!

Home was beautiful, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large family of teens and young adults. Easy access to the lake was fantastic. We loved our time and can’t wait to come back!

4th of July

5 adults and 2 kids stayed over the 4th of July. It is a very nice home. Everything you'd need is there. We had a couple small issues, one being that there were a couple days of ants trying to get in the front door and then out of a locked closet in a Guest room. After moving ant traps and trying to sweep and clean them up didn't work, I called the owner and asked if there was anything else we could try to do or if it was a common problem. He got me access to the locked closet and told me where additional ant traps were so we could try to cut them off there. Also, he sent out a pest company within a couple hours to help spray and clean and we had no issues after that. We also only cooked one meal on the outdoor grill and ran out of propane and went to get a refill and made the owner aware of that also. He reimbursed us for the propane and the normal cleaning fee for the issues we had. In a perfect world, no issues would ever come up, but being able to get in touch and get help with these little things showed they cared about helping us have a good time.
