Great location. Lots of shops n restaurants in walking distance. Clean and very friendly staff. Free shuttle services from Long Beach airport. Make sure you schedule ahead of time!

Wasn't to bad but my room smelled like a petshop. Should have asked for a room change but I was only in town for 2 days so I just delt with it. There were a couple of decent restaurants nearby and my truck didnt get broken into so it was not all bad but will not be staying there again.

It was sufficient for what we needed! The room felt like it had been renovated but not completely! There was a light outside our window and the curtains didn’t block it out There was nothing that was a turn off just a few “ not quite right’.

We absolutely love this location we literally stay here for every baseball tournament no matter what the rate is because the hotel is all around amazing from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel the breakfast is great as well. We have stayed here several times and the service has never changed absolutely love the entire staff

I would say overall my stay at this BW location was slightly above average. It met all my needs. Some food to eat for breakfast, an area to potty the pup, close to location and relatively quiet room neighbors. The sink in my room was cracked so when the water was running it would leak. The front desk was friendly and as helpful as they could be but still a knowledge gap. Food fed me and I was happy for that. This room was a great value though. I would stay again for sure.

Okay for the rate

The hotel was clean. It's an average hotel for a decent price in the area. I would stay there again based on that. Checking in was good but, at check out, the person at the desk was rude. He was too busy on his phone. Customer service was just not a priority.
