Our room was quiet, clean, and the views were beautiful. Hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired. It had one waitress and one cook. They had to continue to turn people away due to staffing.

No signals in the area mostly phone stayed on SOS offsite the property so not a great location No pool onsite gotta walk few block down it was cold n windy No pool guard available and pool located in a scary place Very creepy vibe door was open No key needed so anyone can walk in No chef available no breakfast available no fire place

It was clean and well apportioned with kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable but the living room couch and chairs were very hard and had no throw pillows to help add cushioning.

Loved it

First time visiting Vermont and was very pleased with everything at the hotel. I was checked in by Toni who was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel grounds were. They have done such a good job with the landscaping and amenities such as an arcade and activity center. Our kids loved that! We got a two bedroom villa and it was so spacious and comfortable! We loved the view of the Vermont mountains! Coming from Hawaii that was such a nice change of scenery! Parking was easy and the text messages we received from staff were a nice touch. Would def recommend and come back for a future stay!
