For the price, it was very good to stay at the accommodation that includes breakfast. However they charged me City Tax (€22) which was not informed when committing to book. Accommodation has a small kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher which was good.

Property was clean, modern, new and had airport shuttle. The manager was late previous evening and was up and helped us really early around 4.45 in the morning. It will be useful if there is a sign showing that the shuttle leaves a bit further from the front door of the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again if we travel to Brussels

It was ok. Convenient for a night before flying home. The staff were friendly but disorganized. I arrived at about 3pm and had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, and then it wasn't cleaned yet. I was able to get another room but there were still so many rooms being cleaned well after check in time. My bathroom also has a lingering sewer smell.

Horrible experience at the property, the light in my bedroom did not have a switch to switch it off, also the AC in the room was not working we were sweating at 30 degree celsius and even after setting the room temperature at 18 the room did not cool down. There were no instructions on how to control the AC and the staff at reception was super rude about resolving anything.
