This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!
