The Space:

Mornings begin with salt-tinged air and gentle light, while evenings settle into the steady hum of the shoreline. Surrounded by tropical greenery and the nearby ocean, the atmosphere invites you to slow down and ease into coastal living.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths, all set within a single level home with no stairs in home. Each bedroom includes bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and room-darkening shades, along with air conditioning to maintain comfort throughout your stay. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, and a crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available for younger guests. Bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water, and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals, whether you’re enjoying a quiet breakfast or gathering around the dining table in the evening. With a layout designed for ease, you can move seamlessly from cooking indoors to using the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils outdoors when the mood calls for it.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto the patio or balcony to take in the coastal air, or spend time in the backyard with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A hammock and outdoor dining area create relaxed spaces to unwind. The outdoor pool - open specific hours, heated, infinity - is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while a sauna and gym offer additional ways to recharge. With Waterfront positioning and Beach access nearby, you can enjoy time by the ocean, or make use of the available bikes and kayak. Beach essentials are also provided for days spent along the shore.



Entertainment & comfort

Inside, Wifi and a dedicated workspace support both relaxation and productivity. A TV and ping pong table provide easy entertainment, while a safe offers secure storage for personal belongings. Window guards and essential safety features contribute to peace of mind throughout your stay.



Additional features

A private entrance ensures smooth arrivals, and the building includes an elevator for easy access. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available, along with luggage dropoff allowed for added flexibility. Long term stays allowed and cleaning available during stay make this space suitable for both short visits and extended stays.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

The easiest access is by car.



Parking is free and exclusively for guests. You can park in the space that is available. Please note that space is subject to availability, only one vehicle per apartment will be admitted.



We recommend renting a car or using the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -Supplies such as coffee, soap and shampoo provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -Parking is for one car only -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
