The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests, including children. The sleeping arrangement consists of one double bed, two single beds, and one two-person sofa bed.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

Self-check-in is available, allowing guests to access the apartment independently using the instructions provided before arrival.

Please note that the apartment is not advertised as suitable for seniors or guests with limited mobility and is not wheelchair accessible. Guests who have concerns about access should contact us before booking.

Tram & Bus

Several bus and trolleybus services operate in the surrounding area.

Tram lines 4 and 6 can be accessed at Oktogon, providing frequent connections along Budapest’s Grand Boulevard.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

A paid airport shuttle may be arranged separately, subject to availability and advance confirmation.

Guests using public transportation can travel to Deák Ferenc Square and connect with the direct 100E airport bus.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise, particularly during nighttime hours.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. The maximum occupancy cannot be increased beyond the apartment’s existing sleeping arrangements.

If you have any special requirements, please contact us before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack of shampoo, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher soap. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
