Lovely 3 Bedroom Holiday Cottage nr Bude

A lovely 3 bedroom holiday cottage in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this lovely cottage close to Bude has all the amenities needed, and more than enough space for up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay on the Cornish coast.

The Space:
A lovely rural retreat, this spacious 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect base to make the most of Cornwall. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, 2 large sofas and a Tv. The vaulted ceiling creates a feeling of space, and large windows bathe the room in natural light. Upstairs there are stunning sea views out most windows. The 3 cosy bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath (and shower), as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is free wifi throught the cottage. Guests have access to the grounds, which include tennis courts and giant chess.

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests).

The Neighborhood:
A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 mins up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.

Getting Around:
Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.

Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 6 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
