A four bedroomed, four bathroomed retreat with spacious interiors and plenty of natural light.
The property is over 2 floors however the bedroom levels are slightly staggered with several steps down to the bedrooms.
Upstairs open plan living space with doors leading out to the sea view balcony.
Living area with two sofas, two armchairs with footstools, coffee table, TV, side tables and lamps, the perfect place for relaxing indoors with the sea still in your eyeline.
Large central natural wood dining table, benches and chairs seating eight, with feature hanging lights.
Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances and features for an elevated cooking experience should you choose to dine at home.
Kitchen includes double oven, induction hob, Quooker hot water tap, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and central island with three wooden bar stools.
Rear facing windows where you can see the grass roofs of the retreat and extra light can come in.
Colourful coastal artwork, cosy cushions and throws, and plenty of houseplants create a homely yet beach-chic feel.

Sleeping:
Two king size bedrooms on the upper level ground floor at the rear of the property, with doors opening out onto the patio with sea views.
All bedrooms feature handmade bed heads and side tables.
Master bedroom with a king size bed, hanging rail, occasional chair, two bedside tables, and ensuite with bath and separate walk-in shower.
Second bedroom featuring a king size bed, two bedside tables, hanging rail, pouffe and ensuite.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor at the front of the property.
Third bedroom with 3 foot zip and link beds (can be made into two singles), two bedside tables and ensuite.
Fourth bedroom with a triple bunk bed including a double base and 3 foot single on top, bean bags, bedside tables and ensuite.
All rooms feature an ensuite, each with unique decorative tiles. Ensuites feature walk-in rainfall shower, WC, basin, mirror and heated towel rail (bath in the master).

Outside:
Balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
