A/ C was working but so noisy. Some of my pillowcases looked worn out. The shower curtain does not fully stay close on both side. The curtain keeps sliding down towards the center exposing both sides. Water would spray out onto the floor or slippers and bath mat whenever you use the shower. The fridge was so unevenly leveled that it tilts a-lot whenever you open the fridge. The breakfast was simple and limited in the variety. The front desk staffs was always approachable. Thankful for all the coffee and hot waters!

My family and I stay here every year when we visit Knott's Berry Farm. This is the third year and the amenities are becoming a little bit older. In the room the heater / AC was very loud and the faucet in the shower would not turn off all the way. Staff was great however the rooms seem like they are becoming a bit outdated. Our room had two queen beds and it also felt very cramped with the wardrobe they had put in there

The room was in good condition, but the overall appearance felt a bit outdated. The bleach smell from the towels was very strong, and when walking into the room, there was an immediate, overwhelming scent that made the space less comfortable.

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the overall service was good. And complementary breakfast was also good. The entire staff was fantastic, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Louise. He was helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel!
