Great stay for the night! Very clean and had everything we needed. Belford is a tiny home so climbing the ladder to bed can be difficult. Property was well thought out and peaceful. Late check in was easy.

Unfortunately the tiny house was not very clean- there was dust coating everything- all over the walls and on the fan. Bugs in the windowsills. Bathroom and beds were clean, but because the rest was not, it felt uncomfortable. Also, it seemed the kitchen could have had a few more items to make it easier for utilizing the area better to cook in. The only table in the tiny house was broken so the leaves on either side could not be used to expand it for our family of four. That was disappointing since we planned on eating meals there and also using it to play games. Lastly, the view was somewhat nice, however the front window, which is the main view, was looking directly at the back of dumpsters. It seems there it much to be improved, even for a tiny home at a campground where it might be considered or marketed as "glamping". I was definitely hoping for a better experience overall, so I would most likely not return.

The campground was on a hill in the Rockies, so roads were dirt & rough. The yurt was okay. My problem, I'm sure, but I thought the yurt was going to have more amenities available in the unit. It was a bed and a futon with side tables and lamps. The air conditioner worked fine if you used a fan to blow the air around. Thankfully, in the Rockies, you don't really need it after the sun goes down.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the tiny homes. We had our own fire pit and chairs, it was nice to have a full kitchen and our own space. The property had lots of people staying and was still very quiet and felt secluded. We will recommend to friends and we will be back!!

Relatively comfortable and practical stay for 1 night during a festival weekend. The Belford tiny home was a bit warn down and low quality finishes. Price was high but expected for a sold out festival weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable.

I stayed at the Oxford for two nights and was sad to leave! The tiny house was well stocked and absolutely delightful, convenient and comfortable! I was solo traveling so I think with a second person it would be a bit more tight if you had a lot of luggage. I hope to be back again soon!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. It was cute, quiet, and the views are amazing! However, it could use a deep clean on the window sills and shelves. In a tiny house, you use every space. Beds were great! However, the couch cannot be considered as a sleeping area. It’s not just uncomfortable. It’s painful. My teenager had to use extra pillows to make it bearable, but she didn’t sleep well at all during our stay. It honestly should be replaced since it’s barely comfortable as a couch. The loft beds were great.

Staying in the yurt was a fun, unique experience and the facilities were very clean. Big problem is that we were not able to hang out in the Yurt until ~ sun down (8pm) because it was like an oven during the hot day. Makes sense; it is just a big tent. We ran the ac unit and fan but that didn't help. We opened the windows but still not much improvement. It cooled down when outside cooled down. We hung out in the club house and played pool for a couple hours; it would've been a lot more disappointing if we had arrived earlier in the day.

I loved the mountain hiking we could walk right up to from our porch. We got to explore the mountain without an exact trail, and it was easy to find our way back to camp. I also loved that there was a gas stove, a gas grill, charcoal grill, campfire pit with an affixed grill, and a gas fire pit...so many options for cooking and sitting by a fire to make staying out in nature easier and more relaxing. Also the campground was quiet and clean. We used this as a hotel in nature rather than camping, and I would recommend it for either purpose.
