The bathroom sink faucet spays water all over. we asked for a iron, they said they will sent it over and never got one, terrible service! bathroom need maintenance, dirty moldings, toilet water flush extremely LOUD, you could hear the the next door conversations in the room

O hotel é bonito e fica bem localizado, proximo de muitas atrações, a localização foi um ponto ótimo. Porém, tenho alguns comentarios a fazer: - o pessoal da recepção não foi nada atencioso quando chegamos e fizemos o checkin, nao se esforçaram nem um pouco para tirar nossas duvidas, ainda bem que eu ja sabia sobre o imposto IVA na entrada, porem no checkout, eles obrigam a pagar 1,50 dolar por pessoa por dia de estadia, segundo eles é uma lei da cidade. - se for escolher um quarto com sacada, nao escolha, escolhi um quarto com varanda e tinha vista para uma parede de concreto. - o barulho dos banheiros dos andares de cima é MUITO alto, vc acorda de madrugada muitas vezes com alguem puxando a descarga - a cama de casal é bem pequena, sou uma pessoa baixa e eu e minha noiva ficamos bem apertados - o serviço de quarto é bom, fica bem limpo e organizado - o café da manhã é gostoso também mas nao é nada demais: suco de laranja, café, cereais, pão (seco na maioria das vezes), medialunas gostosas, salame e frutas - o ar condicionado/quente do nosso quarto nao estava funcionando - a wifi simplesmente nao funciona no quarto, eu tinha que ficar sentado na porta do quarto para funcionar, precisei trabalhar dois dias e tive que usar roteamento do meu celular e comprar um chip para poder trabalhar. Existem com certeza, opções melhores na cidade pelo preço que cobram. Não recomendo o hotel.

Nice breakfast. Rooms are too hot and air conditioning dud not work. We had a party of 4 but room was prepared with only two towels. Rooms on small side.
