Tons of wear on the furniture. Horrible lighting. Paint peeling off the ceilings. Very old and dingy looking rooms. Stairwell and elevator not in good condition. Breakfast very basic. They have bad watered down coffee available but you have to pay a high fee if you want any other type of coffee. Check out is the earliest I’ve ever seen at a hotel - 10 am. They call your room at 9:58 am to make sure you’re out. Breakfast goes UNTIL 10 and you’re supposed to be out before it even ends. I could understand all of this at a super cheap budget motel but this place fancies itself a “nice” property and it is far from it. I will never ever ever return here.

Overall a good stay. Pros: excellent service, location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, v good linen. Cons: bathroom rather small, bad water pressure, can improve on ecofriendliness (towels were changed daily without request)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was being painted so the space was not ideal but when I returned two weeks later at the end of my trip for a two day stay, it was all finished and look very nice. Rooms were super clean and I liked the Shampoo, etc. The rain shower head was fabulous.

We love the cozy feel of this remodeled boutique hotel in the lovely Recoleta neighborhood. Easy walk to the famous cemetery. Easy walk to restaurants. Great location and very helpful staff.
