Have concern over fire safety. Corridor is narrow and not well lighted. A major concern is the spiral fire staircase which hamper fast evacuation. Room amenities are poor - no working table and chairs; Toilet is crammed with little counter space to place toiletries. There is no handheld shower unit; only overhead shower; impossible to shower without wetting hair!

This was as recent as 2 days ago. When we got back to the room at night I noticed a very strong smell (like paint or aerosol). Immediately I called the front desk to ask what happened. After 10-15 mins of not hearing anything back from them, I went downstairs. They said that their maintenance team didn’t go to our room because of the do not disturb sign. However, it was clear that some work was done while we were out, and without our permission. Clearly a violation of our rights!!! I ended up demanding a change of room because I was not going to sleep there with my kids.

This hotel was average overall, with very poor front desk service. We booked three rooms, including one junior suite with two beds, but at check-in the night receptionist(Victor)was very rude and unhelpful, insisting the reservation was correct. Even after we showed documentation confirming two beds, he refused to assist and placed the blame on Expedia. As a result, one guest had to sleep on an uncomfortable couch. The only reason for the three-star rating is the following morning’s manager, Mr. Diego, who sincerely apologized, corrected the room issue, and offered a late checkout due to our evening flight. Overall, cleanliness, amenities, and service are below average. The hotel’s location is its only positive feature. I would not recommend staying here if this level of customer service continues.
