The staff had zero personality and just seemed to be in a bad mood. I'm big on first impressions and immediately didn't feel welcomed at all. The staff sure at least try to act friendly but nope that wasn't going to happen. I had high hopes as Hotel is located in a great area but the two guys upfront were complete and total a$$holes. Would not stay again for that very reason!

Nice hotel in central location. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was very crowded in the hotel and the Service personnel was not really helpful, we were told to come back at 2 pm for the checkin (after a 14 h flight…). Hotel in general recommend (clean, location, etc.) but we didnt like the staff.

EFE stay for two days

Everything was mostly fine. Breakfast buffet was great, What was NOT great is that the room is missing a mirrow OUTSIDE the bathroom. This simple thing cause the bathroom to be hogged by a single person when in use. PLEASE add a second mirror on the closet or the wall etc.

Good Hotel Convenient location

Fast check in, clean room and bathroom. Good location. Good breakfast. Front desk staff and restaurant staff was very helpful, they arranged a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight and preated breakfast bag to go at the last minute request in the morning. Really appreciate the service.
