Really enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located. Nice room. Good breakfast. Fast Wifi. Used the co-working space which was excellent, as well as the gym. We had a small problem with a door handle in our room, chatted with the front desk about it and was fixed immediately. It was quiet at night. Upon check out, they let us leave our luggage for most of the day which helped us immensely. Just overall very good, nice and competent service. Would definitely stay here again.

Strange room - long hallway, narrow, with large empty space near window. Two beds, one chair. No coffee table, no desk, no microwave, no kettle or coffee maker. The patio on the roof is closed. The coffee in the lobby only available for a short period in the afternoon. Seems to be popular with group tours. The location is good, but I would not stay there again.

Sent several messages to the hotel and I didn't get any responses other than a link to check in I had to made an international call to the hotel before my trip and the person who answered said they didn't have access to the messages from expedia. I wanted to arrange the pickup at the airport, but he only said I should ask for an Uber or taxi because the hotel service was $70 and I needed to send a request by email When we arrived to the hotel 2 hours before the check in time they just offered us to leave the luggage on an area next to the counter but the person didn't even ask for our names and the tour guide that arrived earlier than expected had no information of us and decided to leave.
