Good location but average quality

The hotel is very well located but the room wasn't that great. Quite small, and a bit noisy, especially for that price. Breakfast was good though and the personel was nice. It is fine for a night or two but not more.

Estuvo muy bien mi estadía en el hotel, no hay nada que me desagrade, solo recomiendo mejorar el sistema de Internet, y el tener habilitado lo que sería el bar, en especial para poder desayunar en el lugar en estos días

NÃO SE HOSPEDE, HOTEL HORRÍVEL

Hotel muito ruim. Roupa de cama suja e com furos. Banheiro sem box, que molhava tudo na hora do banho. Há cheiro de poeira e teias de aranha. O café da manhã NÃO É SELF SERVICE, como informado no site do hotéis.com A atendente do café da manhã serve pequenas cestinhas com poucas torradas e 2 croissant, e é 1 cesta por quarto, não importa se está viajando com companhia. A atendente do café da manhã também foi muito grosseira e reclamou de ter que nos dar mais porções, quando reclamamos na recepção do hotel. A localização é péssima, você vê todo o lado ruim da cidade, com ruas sujas. O wifi é bem ruim. O prédio é antigo, com um elevador quase manual. Inclusive a ficha de registro é de papel. As camareiras jogam as toalhas de banho que retiram dos quartos no chão dos corredores, para todos verem. E é obrigatório deixar as chaves do quarto na recepção do hotel quando saí, como se fosse um hostel. É próximo ao centro, porém em uma área muito devastada, onde se vê muita miséria. Só o que salvou foi o atendimento da recepcionista da tarde. Muito educada e solícita, foi gentil a todo momento. Não recomendo, poderá se arrepender caso reserve.

Foi uma das estadias mais economicas que tive em Buenos Aires. O hotel é simples mas pelo preço que paguei, estou muito satisfeito. Tudo funcionou bem, o staff é simpático e qualquer problema foi resolvido de imediato. Recomendo!

Hotel bem localizado, mas ruim

O hotel em sim é ruim, o café é péssimo. Mas a localização é perfeita, bem de frente para o Obelisco e perto de tudo. Vale para quem quer economizar em conforto e gastar na rua. Os atendentes são simpáticos.

Hotel Gran Vía - deu p quebrar o galho...

Demos sorte de ficar com um raro quarto: n tinha janela p o corredor e não cheirava a mofo, como o do 1º dia q ficamos. O café da manhã é servido no quarto e são dois croassaints doces, um mufin e café c leite ou chocolate. Ou seja, nada d sal! a reforma foi mto mal feita. O q salva eh a boa limpeza dos ambientes. a localização eh boa...perto d vários restaurantes o ir à noite, depois d jah ter aproveitado bastante o dia. Não merece as 2 estrelas q tem.
