Super hotel

Angekommen früh morgens. Super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt Zentral und ist sehr bequem. Frühstück super grosszügig. Einfach Hammer. Personal alle freundlich. Manager ist Mega. Service und Lobby hervorragend. Vielen Dank

Aulapalvelu kehnoa

Tulin hotelliin n. klo 11.00 lennettyäni läpi yön. Vastaanotossa jouduin odottamaan pitkään vuoroani ja monta otettiin ohi jonon. Virkailija kertoi ettei varaustani löydy (ensimmäinen kerta e-bookkerssin varauksessani). Otti passin sekä tulostamani varauksen ja heitti ne sivuun tiskille. Etsin hotellin varausnumeron itselleni jääneestä kopiosta ja halusin kertoa sen virkailijalle. Taas olin jonon päässä ja jonotuksen jälkeen kohdallani kerrottiin että varaukseni onkin kunnossa ja sisäänkirjoitus klo 14.00 jonka tiesin. Jäin odottamaan virkailijan silmien alle kun en jaksanut valvotun yön jälkeen lähteä kaupungille. Kello tuli 14.00, mutta virkailija ei noteerannut minua mitenkään. Sisäänkirjoittautuneita tuli paljon mutta en jaksanut mennä jonon hännille. Kun jono oli mennyt niin kysyin onko jon huoneeni vapaa. Virkailija totesi kylmästi että on. Sitten alkoi loputtomalt tuntuva tietokoneen räplääminen. Huoneeseen pääsin n. klo. 15.00. Sain huoneen suoraan täydellisessä remontissa olevan kadun yläpuolelta. Katupora alkoi jyskyttää joka aamua klo 7.00 jälkeen ja meteli oli hirveä. Lisäksi naapurissa oleva huone pistettiin lomani lopussa remonttiin ja siellä alkoi poraaminen ja jollain laikalla hiominen ja vastaava aamulla josta tuli hirvittävä palaneen käry huoneeseen. Valittamaan en lähtenyt kun arvasin että se varmasti tehtäisiin raskaimman kaavan mukaan ja uskoin että minule eurooppalaisena sitten annettaisiin vieläkin huonompi huone. Tunsin olevani tässä hotellissa ei toivottu henkilö. Siinä kituutin 21 yötä, kolme viikkoa. Ainoastaan iltaisin vastaanotossa palveleva keltatukkainen nuorehko nainen oli äärimmäisen ystävällinen. Muilta en mitään palveluita kirjautumisen jälkeen enään pyytänyt.
