About this space
I look forward to seeing you at this impeccable modern studio, with a beautiful balcony, close to the fashion stores, bars and restaurants, where you are going to go shopping and live the night of Buenos Aires. Close to Avenida Santa Fe, metro "D", metrobus, train , shopping Los Arcos.
The building has security cameras at the entrance, stairs, corridors and a monitoring center that monitors and records 24 hours a day.

The space
The apartment is on a 7th floor in front, overlooking the city that you can enjoy from the balcony.
Equipped for two people with a queen bed,(160x190) a table where two people can work with their laptop.
In the kitchen there is a fridge under counter, a two-burner anafe, small oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a small blender, in the full bathroom is the washing machine. In the living room a comfortable armchair with a 55" 4K TV, 600-mgas fiber optic WIFI
The windows are DVH (double noise insulation glass). The street is super quiet because there is no night business and no public transport.
Guest access
There is a terrace with barbecue and can be used with prior reservation.
Check-in and check-out are independent
Other things to note
Nearby there is an ecobike station that is used at a very low cost and with reservation from the app.
There is parking around the corner from the apartment.
