GOLF CART is available to carry all your favorite water toys down to the lake. Dock is located in a cove just a minutes away from multiple marinas and restaurants on the water. If you don’t have a boat no problems this house is centrally located to all the Main attractions on and off the lake like Margarita Ville, Mall of Georgia, Top Golf, Indoor Arcade. If your looking to just enjoy a nice meal and relax and unwind on the balcony with a beautiful lake view this house is for you! Place Grill cover back on grill if used Pick up all lake toys in their respected place and place golf cart back on charge. If boat was rented pick up all trash on boat and replace boat cover.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Really clean, spacious and the dock was great to swim off! Colby kept in great contact. This place has everything you need for a Great Lake stay. We didn’t take the option to rent the Jet Ski’s and boat but will definitely be back!
