The market towns of Bungay (2.6 miles) and Beccles (9.5 miles) within the Broads National Park where the River Waveney runs through. Having independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries, cafés and weekly market. Beccles has lido open air heated swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers. The Broads National Park is best enjoyed on the waterways with kayaks, canoes, and day boat motor launches to hire, for a more leisurely pace, or enjoy a guided boat tour, where you can just sit back.
