The communication with the host is top notch! The overall cleanliness of the duplexes was wonderful. We gave it 4 stars overall due to the following items:1. The ad seemed to be a little deceiving when it came to the size to the duplexes. The bedrooms were smaller than they look and the bathrooms were MUCH smaller than the pictures showed. 2. Yes there were enough beds but the configuration wasn't correct therefore throwing off our sleeping arrangements. 3. There is paint peeling in the doorways of the kitchen in the left side and the ceilings in the left side need some attention. I did not stay in the right side enough to notice. The right side is more updated than the left side for sure.The only other complaint I have is the neighborhood needs to be described. Although there were houses in the area that were nice the overall feel of the street was sketchy at best. If it had just been me and my kids I don't know that I would have felt safe being there. No there were no issues but the look of the area feels like there could have been.But for as many people as we had it met our needs for the two nights we were there.

Good stay, with some minor improvements

This property was just what we needed for our long weekend in NC. We were there for family visits but knew we would need to cook some meals and have some down time with just us and our kids too. We were able to do all of that easily with this space. Some improvements to suggest: The basics were provided, but nothing extra. Cabinets mostly empty except coffee and sugar. There were plenty of pots and pans for the stove, but nothing really for the oven (which is usually our reheating strategy). One of the kitchen sinks did not have hot water, which made washing dishes by hand (the only option) difficult, and the dryer on one side did not dry the clothes we washed after 3 rounds of drying. Lastly, one of the tubs was not clean enough for us to use comfortably. So, some things to address for sure, but still, this property provided what we needed at a very reasonable cost. These are likely all relatively easy things to fix, which would then make this property really wonderful especially for the cost.

Weekend team building

A bunch of co workers traveled in from out of town for a race weekend. This was perfect to give everyone their own space in a shared home! Communication was great and no issues.

Moved our daughter into Elon

This was a great location for us moving our daughter into Elon. It was close to campus, it was clean, and it had everything we needed. We would stay there again. The host was very responsive too!

Great rental!

Great property to rent, our family has plenty of space and it was located minutes away from ELON University, where a family member was graduating. There was a few little kinks that the property owner needs to iron out but nothing major. He was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. He checked in a couple of times to make sure we were having a good trip! Thanks for the rental!
