We enjoyed a very clean bedroom with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was great. (We had to look around but there was a tip jar on top of the milk cooler. Although it was self serve a helper delivered pancakes to our grandchildren after the automatic pancake maker needed a refill.) The pool was very large and the pool area was very clean. All in all it was a great stay.

Very friendly front desk when we checked in Saturday evening. Amber was great while checking in and checking out. Very clean room. Some noise disturbances from upstairs room. Over all great stay.

The front entrance is under construction and closed. There was no advanced information about this, nor any signage as to where to park or enter. After going up a set of steps and walking halfway around the building, we found an entrance that would open. Long trek down hallways, down elevator, more long hallways to check in. We’re told by clerk, “well, this isn’t old building.” By the time we checked in and backtracked to an elevator,our room was nice. Large, clean, good beds and pillows, clean bathroom and quiet. However, the heat/AC was terribly loud at first then stopped working at all. The bathroom fan stayed on permanently all night long. All in all, I’d not recommend NOT staying AT THIS HOTEL!

We spent a long weekend going around many areas of Vermont and this hotel was in such a convenient location for that! The hotel was clean, safe with really nice and helpful staff who gave us many tips and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
