Tämä on makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella kotona. Omistajat ovat paikan päällä, ja niissä on oma erillinen sisäänkäynti. Vieraat ja omistajat käyttävät omia sisäänkäyntiään.
Ovet jokaiselle sisäänkäynnille pidetään lukittuna. Asiakkaille annetaan oma avain.

Ovi käytävältä makuuhuoneeseen ja liukuovi yksityiselle kannelle voidaan molemmat lukita sisältä.

Omistajan makuuhuoneessa Luoteis-nurkassa on mahdollisimman kaukana huoneiston kaakkoiskulman kulmasta, ja vierashuoneen ja muiden kodin osien välillä on ylimääräisiä liukuovia. Tila on yksityinen / hiljainen / turvallinen / turvallinen.

On off street parking vain ajotieltä ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä hyvin valaistu sisäänkäynti oven.

Great, comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a comfortable, affordable spot just minutes away from downtown Wilmington and a wedding we were attending in the area. This had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, spacious closet, nice bathroom, and outdoor area where we could sit. We look forward to staying again sometime!

We were in town for a special Birthday & Anniversary party. Our flights were delayed/cancelled and Woodie & Bill were very attentive to all the last minute changes. We appreciated the quiet, private, quaint space with beautiful outdoors. We will be back!

Limited, but perfect.

This is a wonderful neighborhood and home. You do not have anything to cook with nor a refrigerator, but if you're fine with that everything else is top class. Wonderful hosts, designated off-street parking, happy to accommodate a need. No lockbox, etc. so maybe for a very late arrival not great, but otherwise a wonderful spot for a quiet single or couple that just needs a bed and bathroom.

Very well maintained unit located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This was our first time staying in a VRBO where the owners were on the property. However, the owners were very considerate of our privacy and made sure the unit was cooled properly during the extremely warm VT days. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place

The home is in a very lovely neighborhood less than a mile from downtown with its open air mall and many restaurants. It’s also easy to access highways to other parts of the beautiful state of Vermont. The home owners were really responsive from the time of our booking to the day of our reservation. Upon our arrival we were met by one of the owners to explain the room and to offer us access to a gorgeous deck with a view of Lake Champlain. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We rate it among the best experiences we have had with by owner rentals and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely stay in the most beautiful part of Burlington.

Bill and Woodie were excellent hosts, communicating with us in advance of our stay and available during our time in their comfortable accommodations. The home is at one of the highest points in Burlington, with bucolic trees and gardens on the cul de sac. Our morning walks in the area were incredible. There were plenty of towels, cotton sheets and a beautiful patio outside the room.

Cozy Comfort Under the Locust Tree

These accommodations were extremely comfortable, quiet, and conveniently close to Burlington’s downtown & waterfront areas. We felt as if we were in a luxury hotel. Access to an outdoor deck area provided cooling shade from a truly glorious golden locust that overhung the house, as well as beautiful views of downtown rooftops & Lake Champlain beyond. A “cozy” bathroom & shower arrangement, but everything was immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We’d gladly return if we were ever in the area, again.

Four Night Stay in Burlington

The en suite room was just as described and met our needs perfectly. The location was within walking distance of Church Street and surrounding shops/restaurants. The hosts were very pleasant and the on-site parking was very convenient. A very enjoyable stay!

Great place

Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!

Champlain Parent's Weekend

We were in town for parents weekend and this was a great option. We were located just around the block from the campus and easy walk downtown to Church Street. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very private with our own separate enterence.

Great Location for visiting Burlington

Communication with owners was very good. They wrote us prior to our trip with all the information we would need upon arrival. The place was perfect for our visit to Burlington. It was about 1/2 mile from the downtown/retail area and was very walkable. The master suite had everything we needed and we did get to enjoy the walkout deck for a bit. The owners though present, gave us our space. They met us upon arrival and provided us with contact info if we needed anything. We ran into them briefly as we were leaving and what was it. They were very nice. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Burlington!
