The Space:

This beachside home blends thoughtful design with coastal charm. An open-plan living and dining area flows into a covered alfresco with BBQ and outdoor dining, while the indoor wood fire adds warmth and atmosphere. The chef’s kitchen features a stone island bench, butler’s pantry, gas cooktop, and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine.

Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for families or groups. The master includes a private ensuite and direct backyard access. Enjoy a second living room for quiet time or kids’ movies, plus a full laundry and fenced backyard.



You will find Leeuwin a lovely balance of coastal ease meets everyday luxury just a short stroll from the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay.

Nestled in a peaceful tree-lined street, this beautifully appointed home is designed with space and flow in mind. Inside, you’ll find a relaxed open-plan layout anchored by a fully equipped chef’s kitchen - complete with gas stovetop, stone island bench, butler’s pantry, and Nespresso-compatible machine. It’s the kind of kitchen that invites long lunches, shared grazing boards, or a quiet morning coffee while the house slowly wakes up.



The living areas spill effortlessly into the alfresco, where timber-lined ceilings and a BBQ setup create the perfect space for summer dinners and sunset drinks. In winter, the wood fire brings warmth and comfort, turning the space into a cozy retreat from the elements.



There are four generous bedrooms, including a king-sized master suite with private ensuite and direct outdoor access. Three additional queen rooms each have built-in robes and ducted air-conditioning. Two living zones give families or groups the chance to spread out - whether it’s movie night in the lounge or quiet reading in the second sitting room.

The fully fenced backyard is ideal for kids or dogs (pet stays welcome with approval), while the double garage and internal laundry make extended stays feel effortless.



Wake up to the sound of birds, stroll 200m down a leafy path to the beach, or wander into Dunsborough for coffee and boutiques. Wineries, breweries, bush trails, and surf breaks are all within easy reach - Pimelea is your coastal base for slow mornings and salty afternoons.
