Room for much improvement

For an ADA room, the bathrooms were really poor. They put 2 motel rooms together to make one. But didnt do any remodeling to get the bathroom to match what they were advertising.

Insanely creepy, the individual that was across from us kept following us and knocking on our door at 12am. And was “flirting” with my sister and I. He left his door open almost the entire night. Felt extremely unsafe there. In top of that, the room was extremely dirty still. No tissues, now swept at all, bathroom door didn’t even have a latch to close the door at all. 0/10 recommend

Good enough for 1 night

Decent for an overnight. The place was recently rennovated, but there was paint all over the carpeted stairs. The showers are dingey and need new caulk at the least. The couch in our room had ripped fabric. Seedy clientele in the parking lot smoking weed and cigs right outside our window, so everytime the AC kicked on, we got a good dose of the smell.

We got a room. The check in clerk wouldn't match the Travelocity price, so we just ordered the room through Travelocity. The room was large. Older furniture. Bed and floor squeaked and the heater/ac was loud. While we were getting into the hotel a homeless guy was busy going through the garbage cans, but he didn't bother us. The plus side was the room was cheap and close to the interstate.

Very run down. Did not feel safe (not unsafe, just not a great location with bad parking). Room floor dirty. Room key quit working before we left. No Kleenex/tissue in the room. No bath products other than bar soap. Dogs may be welcome but no grass. Cannot recommend. Felt very overpriced. Bed was comfortable.

Needs a lot of updates

I would not recommend staying here. It was the cheapest option at the time and wish I would have just spent the extra on a hotel that would have been worth it. Pool was closed the next morning without any mention of it being closed for cleaning when I had asked the night before about when it opened (pool hours are listed as 9am-10pm). Fitness room was closed (duct tape was used to block it off the signs in the hallways), spa/sauna was out of order, toilet had a loud squeal that went on the entire time it filled after being flushed, fridge did not work and air conditioner did not cool down at the lowest temp it would go to (66). Did not know that there was no breakfast option until arriving to check in. The staff at the front desk were nice during the very few interactions, but that was the only positive about the place really.

Room is a good size. It was clean. The guy that checked us in was not friendly at all. Had to go back as our door key wouldn’t work. No one at the desk. Had to wait for quite a while till he showed up and again was not friendly at all.

The 8ft deep pool is the only saving grace. The towels are small and well bleached. And there was a strange stickey spot on the blanket. The rooms doors are swelled and hards to close. Plus the comforter was dirty. The TV was only online apps. No local channels.

This hotel badly needs of an upgrade and clean-up.

The mattress in our bedroom had collapsed springs on one side. My wife woke up with insect bites the next morning; I suspect they were bed bugs of some sort. Won't stay there again!

WAY overpriced

Its ridiculous to pay what we did for a dirty room, no breakfast, luke warm coffee from a carafe, and non English speaking staff...or staff just not wanting to help so pretending to not understand. Would also like to know where the picture on this review came from because the motel had nothing.
