nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!

Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Great Location

Very good experience. Staff was great, hotel is great in a wonderful location. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. We wanted to be close to all the shopping and this was the best.

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service

The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

É um hotel com boa estrutura, boa localização, e quartos confortáveis, muito bom café da manhã, e muitas opções de lazer. Pretendo retornar, mas tem problemas com a idade, me parece ser um hotel antigo, que necessita de uma atualização e manutenção constante. No meu apartamento por exemplo estava vazando um pouco de agua da caixa acoplada do vaso sanitário. Mas o que me incomodou muito foi o isolamento acústico entre os quartos, o meu por exemplo tinha uma porta para o apartamento ao lado, e não parecia ter isolamento acústico, e ouvia tudo que se passava no apartamento ao lado, em tal intensidade que quando o vizinho foi tomar banho, parecia esta tomando banho no meu banheiro. Isto precisa ser resolvido.

Muito bom!

Gostamos muito do hotel, organizado, grande e confortável. Super indico, ótimo para família com crianças. O quarto que ficamos era grande, atendeu bem quatro pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças). Ponto a melhorar no quarto: trocar o ar-condicionado (modelo antigo barulhento, mas gelando bem). As demais instalações do Hotel são excelentes, idênticas as fotos.
