Cilada!

Lugar imundo. Fui com a família e foi uma experiência terrível graças ao hotel. O atendimento ate que era bom, mas o lugar é muito sujo (banheiro sujo, roupa de cama que foi trocada). Pra piorar, qinda cobram uma fortuna de cafe da manhã. Péssimo. Cilada!

A pousada é perfeita, quarto amplo, limpo,café da manhã excelente, precisei ficar um pouco mais depois do encerramento da diária e a Maria foi super atenciosa e super gente boa, nos ajudou sempre que pedimos e nos deu ótimas dicas! Super recomendo! Voltarei em breve!

Menos do que esperava.

Ponto alto: localização (próximo a rua das pedras, da orla bardô e dos bares e restaurantes). Bom café da manhã. Ponto fraco:Receptividade péssima, vazamento no banheiro, Frigobar enferrujado, tomadas com defeito, não é oferecido limpeza no quarto, nem troca de toalhas. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Foi ruim porque choveu na cidade e gotejou no quarto e fui a recepção e disseram que não tinha quarto disponível, minhas roupas molharam. Somente no outro dia arrumaram um quarto. Fora que a noite os ratos faziam muito barulho no forro do teto, falaram que eram gambás fiquei com medo.

Prometia ser melhor

Eu esperava um pouco mais, com base nas fotos e avaliações em outros sites. Fomos bem recebidos, nos permitindo fazer um check in antecipado. Mas tivemos alguns inconvenientes. Ficamos 2 dias sem TV no quarto(pense nisso estando com uma criança), por problemas com o controle remoto e falta de comunicação entre a equipe, foi solucionado no terceiro dia, mas a TV só pegava decentemente 1 canal. Recebemos o quarto arrumado, mas pecando um pouco em relação a limpeza, infestado de mosquitos e com muitas teias de aranhas, problema resolvido por nós mesmos. A troca diária das toalhas não aconteceu, em 4 dias, apenas 2x foi realizada. Por fim, o banheiro exalava um mal cheiro permanente, de esgoto ou coisa parecida durante toda a hospedagem. A localização é ótima, a área externa da pousada é muito gostosa e aconchegante e o café da manhã delicioso. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, embora tenha pecado pela falta de comunicação entre si na resolução da questão da TV.

Meu marido e eu nos hospedamos lá por 5 dias. Fomos muito bem atendidos, desde a chegada até a saída! Equipe de funcionários muito educada e gentil. Pousada simples, mas atendeu bem nossas expectativas. A simplicidade condiz com o baixo valor pago pelas diárias; uma das mais baratas que encontramos próximo ao Centro. Limpeza e arrumação do quarto excelentes; boa estrutura do quarto; cama macia; muito bom funcionamento do ventilador e ar condicionado; delicioso café da manhã ao ar livre; ótima localização: situada a apenas 5 minutos do Centro (Rua das Pedras e todo tipo de comércio; além de fácil acesso aos meios de transporte). Isto foi um dos fatores que mais apreciamos, pois estávamos sem carro; Um outro ponto forte também foi a questão de a recepção funcionar 24 horas. Voltaremos com certeza!!
