The villas sleeps 12 people in 4 spacious custom decorated bedrooms that open up to the outside ocean air and outdoor living areas.

This gorgeous home has 4.5 bathrooms in addition to an outside bathroom and shower alongside the expansive dark blue infinity pool. The pool is lined with a modern Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, fountains, and a swim up bar linking it to the party sized outdoor wetbar and kitchen. It is equipped with a barbecue & outdoor TV. and a powerful sound system outdoors also. The backyard has multiple seating areas surrounding the pool and encircling the firepit overlooking the ocean. The home has the latest technology in communications, comfort, and sound system throughout the indoor/outdoor living areas.

The butler will be at your service to mix drinks and attend to every need. They make arrangement for any spa service reservations or tee times or most anything you might need. You have access to 4 World Class Spas in the Resort.

The gourmet kitchen has a private chef available (at a minimal cost) along with a complimentary personal butler, maid, and concierge. By calling ahead of time with your grocery list, the staff will purchase your groceries and have them delivered and put away for you so you can immediately start enjoying your vacation the moment you arrive. The private butler meets you at your residence for checking in and checking out as a part of their concierge services. Accompanied by drinks, of course.

Each villa has a personal golf cart (minimal fee) available for use on the spacious resort grounds which include many luxurious world class spas and pool areas in addition to the renowned Quivira Golf Club.

The resort will provide (with a minimal fee) a certified Nanny service, private tours, wine tasting & lectures along with tee times and tennis court reservations, private cooking classes, and a rental car agency at the resort.
