Step inside Pedregal Horizon Retreat and let the outside world fade away. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo is perched in the private hillside community of Pedregal, just minutes from downtown Cabo, but a world apart in feeling.

THE SPACE

Every detail is designed to bring comfort and calm. Soft light fills the open-concept living space, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen with elegant quartz countertops, perfect for cooking together or just uncorking a bottle of wine.

Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. For your comfort, the primary and second bedrooms are both furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. Best of all, with filtered, drinkable tap water throughout the home, you can settle in effortlessly from the moment you arrive.  

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES  

As our guest, you’ll have full access to the community's thoughtful amenities. This includes a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room, a fully-equipped gym, the residents' clubhouse with lounge and bar areas, and of course, exclusive access to the private Pedregal Beach, one of Cabo's most serene coastlines.  

Whether you're here to reconnect or simply pause, this is more than a place to stay. It’s a place to exhale.  

Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, balcony, and in-unit laundry.

You will also enjoy full access to Monteluna’s shared amenities, which include the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, and clubhouse.

As a guest of the gated Pedregal community, your exclusive access includes the private beach, a quiet, scenic spot for a peaceful escape, as well as the community's pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts. A reserved, covered parking stall is also included with your stay.

During your stay, you’ll be supported by a professional local concierge team dedicated to making your experience seamless and stress-free. Whether you’d like help booking airport transfers, stocking the fridge before you arrive, or reserving a table at one of Cabo’s best restaurants, assistance is just a message away.

— To ensure a smooth check-in, please be prepared to show a valid, government-issued photo ID for every adult guest to the security staff at the main gate upon your first arrival. This is a strict Pedregal community requirement and is essential for access.

— To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times.

— Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited to comply with community regulations. Unauthorized gatherings will result in significant HOA fines (upwards of $500 USD) and may result in the termination of your stay.

— Please help us maintain the beauty of the building by not hanging towels, clothing, or other items from the balcony railings.

— The building has a specific trash disposal system. The chute next to the elevator is for organic food waste only (open 9 AM to 8 PM). All other trash, including glass, plastic, and recyclables, must be carried down to the main trash room on the ground floor.

— To protect guest comfort and address potential allergies, this is a strictly pet-free property.

— This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or in any building common areas. Please be aware that evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning and deodorizing.

— The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or streaming entertainment.

— Please remember that the pool, gym, and other clubhouse amenities are shared with other residents. We appreciate you being a considerate neighbor.

— For the comfort and safety of all residents, this property is equipped with a Minut privacy-safe noise and occupancy sensor. This device does NOT have a camera and does NOT record audio or conversations. It only measures sound levels to help us enforce our strict no-party policy and ensure a peaceful environment.

— To ensure your comfort and help us conserve energy, the condo is equipped with Sensibo smart A/C controllers. These devices help maintain a perfect temperature and do not have any cameras or audio recording capabilities.
