Fabulous view and includes everything (towels, cooler & beach umbrella) you would need to enjoy the beach below with a very short walk. Some other reviewers made comment about the stairs being difficult but the stairs were easy both to the apartment and the beach and there’s even an outdoor shower near the top. If you can handle a couple of flights of normal stairs, you will be fine. When we arrived, the man that checked us in drove us down in a golf cart and carried our 2 carry on sized roller bags up the 2 flights for us but we would’ve been fine doing it on our own. The two chairs in the first photo with the little table have been replaced with chaise lounges with a small umbrella table which is an improvement and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We turned off the air conditioning and left the ceiling fans on and listened to the waves when falling asleep and when waking up in the morning and there’s no better way to fall asleep. There were minor maintenance complaints, but nothing that would knock a star off this wonderful place!

If you want to relax and unwind, this is the place. The balcony was as beautiful as pictured. Kitchen stocked well for cooking and all amenities you would need are there for a nice vacation. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the property. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and then go to see the sunset on the other side of the property in the evenings. Would stay here again!

Absolutely stunning views! Front row seats to the ocean, whales and ocean wildlife!Just got back from Cabo & this unit was ideal. The condo was immaculate & so well laid out. The property itself was beautiful with a swim up bar and excellent bar food. The staff at the bar & complex were so friendly & helpful!Just loved everything about this unit, the owners & the complex! Awesome location and view from the unit. We loved Misiones Del Cabo. Everyone was friendly and it was a very relaxed and low-key vibe which was perfect for us. Access to the semi private beach and all of the wildlife, including whales and pelicans was unexpected and spectacular. Just a couple things could be easily improved upon. The unit needed some touchup cosmetic work in the paint and cracks in the walls, baseboard and molding The main sliding glass door shade was inoperable so we used towels to block the morning sun from making the unit too hot. Finally, the bed was sagging a little so the mattress could probably be replaced. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying there again in the future. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.

The balcony and ocean views were unbelievable! It was amazing to drink coffee and watch the sunrise from this beautiful spot. We even saw whales! The condo was great. Nice big bathroom, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable! We had a great time! The swim up bar and mercardo were very convenient as well. Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating.

Total Relaxation

It was just as advertised. It was totally relaxing, and the balcony had amazing views. You can get to the private beach in about a two minute walk down some pretty steep stairs. It is not really a swimmable beach, but it is very private and very relaxing. The condo was very clean and had an amazing bed! We will definitely be back.

Amazing location with great ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay.. accommodations right on the ocean, we seen whales two of the mornings while enjoying our breakfast which was a plus.. Enjoyed happy hour at swim up bar, swimming / snorkeling at beach and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again in the near future. Cheers Matt & Vanessa

Whale Oasis

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. We started and finished every day on the patio watching whales breach or watching the nearby fireworks shows. We enjoyed the small beach and ate at the condo restaurant at least once per day. Order the shrimp tacos-- you won't be disappointed! We will certainly be back again!

Gorgeous view but could be cleaner

The location and view did not disappoint. We were bummed that the umbrella on the patio was broken. Tried to get a hold of someone on sight listed in the book but never got a response. Some of the linens were dirty and behind bed and couch. We didn’t let it impact our trip. We loved the property and will come back.

Beautiful Stay

I stayed for three nights for rest and relaxation after being on an adventure trip with 12 women. It was the perfect place to decompress. The view was spectacular! You could see the water laying in the bed. I would absolutely stay there again. Victor was so incredibly responsive in our communications. He definitely made things with the check in and check out very smooth.. I look forward to my next time there.

Beautiful View with whales!

Incredible sunrises, whales everywhere, very quiet and private. You will have to climb stairs to get to this condo as it is at the top with 2 condos below but worth it to sit on the amazing patio. Kitchen is well stocked. The Fish and Mexican food nights at the pool bar were great food. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear which was very convenient. This condo is perfect for 2.

Relaxing holiday

Everything described in the information was as it appears no surprises… All good. Views, of course are spectacular.,. Unit was very well appointed. No issues with neighbours we were on the top floor nice vaulted ceilings lots of lights and a constant breeze so no need for the air conditioning.. Spent many hours on the deck, enjoying the serenity and multiple whale sightings as an added nice bonus. Looks like the place had some remodelling done recently ..overall for a rental was in really good shape. A bit dusty… but I suspect that comes with Being oceanfront. Comfortable bed big washroom.. well appointed kitchen…. did not eat many meals here as there was a great little bar at the pool and provided very good meals and drinks at a very reasonable cost. Andres and his team Running the bar were spectacular and looked after us. Management company was quick to get back to us and provide Responses to questions to our concerns or to provide more information. Overall, most important would I stay there again …of course very low-key relaxing resort. John

Great Place!

This condo was very private and the community was quiet. There was everything you needed for a stay there so you didn’t have to bring much. The sunrises were amazing! The sunrises were fantastic as well. This unit was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed it.

Amazing Ocean Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this ocean front condo. Great ocean views including whales and lots of boats. Always the pleasant sound of ocean waves. Short walk down to the beach where we enjoyed swimming when the waves weren’t too big. The property has a nice pool with a great cantina for drinks and meals. Well priced good food. Although you can walk up to the large grocery store there is no pedestrian crossing at the highway so it can be a bit dangerous to try and cross. You can take an uber which is very reasonable. Staff at the gate will help you arrange a ride if you need assistance. There is a small market on the property as well where we purchased drinking water. Lovely grounds and staff. The condo could use a little love from its owners. Cupboards were in a bit of disarray, but most things you needed could be found. The balcony is wonderful for sunrise and early morning, but gets hot quickly and the palapa umbrella won’t provide shade until a little later in the day. Not a big deal as you can go to the pool for some shade or take provided chairs and umbrella to the beach. We would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday. Must be okay with stairs for the beach and condo access.

Amazing ocean views and Privacy

The private balcony with ocean views make this place an unrivaled value in the Cabo area. We absolutely loved the private penthouse balcony. In addition you can wake up to ocean sunrise views from an amazingly comfortable king size bed. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. There are not many restaurants nearby so you will need a car or taxi/bus. The poolside restaurant is not too bad and service is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Sunset Mona Lisa dinner experience just a short walk from the property. It’s expensive but worth it!

Fantastic views great location friendly staff

Came here to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. We enjoyed the location and swimming in the pool. If you walk out a little ways on the beach there are great views of the arch and sunsets can be spectacular. It is located next to a few good restaurants and it’s a quick Uber ride $15 to town if you want to go to beaches and restaurants there. We would stay here again!

Stunning view

We had a wonderful stay. Weather was beautiful. The condo was clean and had the best view of the ocean. We loved it. The staff at the pool bar was amazing.
