Welcome to the most luxurious Penthouse in Cabo San Lucas. The Kings View Penthouse featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms is located in building #5 at the Hacienda Beach Club and Residences which is the most sought after building in the Resort. With no neighbours it is the most private residence at the new exclusive Hacienda Beach Club located on El Medano beach in downtown Cabo San Lucas. This truly beautiful retreat is the only penthouse on the 6th floor. The exquisite views, sunsets and sunrises will inspire you. Once inside The Kings View , you will enjoy 4,000 square feet of luxurious furnishings including four ocean front bedrooms. Relax in the additional 1,200 square feet of private terraces. Enjoy the stunning 360 degree view of the beach, marina and all of Cabo San Lucas.
Our rate includes daily maid service and our staff can provide everything from your private transportation needs , pre stocking services , welcome meet and greet packages , private chefs and much more and Hacienda has a 24 hour concierge services as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the # 1 penthouse. It was better than the pictures. Awesome views from all balconies. Kitchen super well equipped. The staff at Hacienda were top notch. They had kitchen stocked with groceries. Helped us get car rides, book a fabulous boat ride. Spa treatments were great. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We will come back! Thank you Penthouse #1.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. My Husband & I are in our 50’s, brought my Mother, Son, Daughter in Law & 2 Grandchildren who are 3 & 1. The layout of this space is perfect for Families! All of the bedrooms feel very private, spacious & with incredible views. The open concept living & kitchen area was ideal with space for everyone to enjoy without being on top of one another & very large outdoor veranda so peaceful with amazing views 24/7. The resort is incredibly beautiful with great food, pool & beach areas. Their Staff goes above & beyond to make your stay stress free & memorable. Location is the best in Cabo to enjoy the entire city. We have been coming for 30 years & have stayed everywhere & this is by far our favorite. We will be back!

Best stay ever!

Unbelievable location with a view of the entire Medano Beach. Great staff on hand to manage all of your needs. Rosa the concierge will do all the planning for you. Finally the penthouse itself is immaculate with 4 huge bedrooms with a lovely very large great room with flow to the kitchen. We could not have asked for a better property or vacation!

Can We Just Move ....

To begin, Julie is outstanding. Everyone should have a Julie in their life. From stocking the fridge prior to arrival to decorating for our mom's 70th birthday to the recommendation of Daniel (the personal chef) to a last minute booking of massages - Julie is why our stay was flawless. She is a gem. Then there is the location and the accommodations. Who wouldn't want an entire floor to yourself with no neighbors beside or on top of your head. The views were stunning, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and the place itself is spectacular. The only negative was the money I lost on the game "Guess The Cruise Ship" we played each afternoon from the balcony as the ships came to port :) (I blame the Happy Hour cocktails). It was a trip of a lifetime with magical memories and an abundance of fun! See you again in July!

Awesome!

Everything was great! Kings view worked really well with a handicap person.. Rent a scooter and the ramps, elevators, and marina was very easy.. it would be nice if the hacienda restaurant would separate tickets.. Housekeeping and everything was well stocked. Some throws for the cooler weather would be nice. Overall our experience was great!!
