We loved the overall attention of the property maintenance, everthing was in order and clean. We especially loved the designs in the sand that were made in the mornings. The staff was exceptional, everyone from every department we encountered were smiling and happy to greet us and answer any questions we had. We felt incredibly safe at all times within the resort. Food and drinks were great, especially the presentation of the main entrees at Carbon.

The resort is wonderful. There are 2 nice dinner restaurants on site along with Pizza and a buffet. The food is fantastic both at the restaurants and pool side. The resort is very clean and the staff is so helpful. Bar serves quality liquors which is appreciated. There is not any night life (no casino, night clubs) but the daylight entertainment is top choice

We loved the location and all wait staff. Food was mostly good, we loved all restaurants Except Tomatillos. Taco bar amazing . Pools great and beach beautiful with whales visible from shore every day. The front desk staff were not friendly! None of them! So weird because everyone else from cleaners to wait staff even construction workers were super friendly. We did all inclusive and it was also annoying to have to sign a receipt for every transaction even a bottle of water. This made lines last longer everywhere. We had bracelets and have never had to do this at any other all inclusive resort.

Long lines for food and bars. Way too many people yelling down interior hallways all hours of the night. Really bad between 12am and 4am. Letting kids swim in the restaurant pools and splashing tables. We love you property in Cancun, but this one didn’t even come close to that. Employees were very nice and helpful, just understaffed at the bars and food areas.
