The Space:
This two-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and high-quality finishes. Its contemporary design and natural light create a calm retreat after a day of exploring Cabo. The three-story clubhouse offers thoughtful amenities: two swimming pools (one on the ground floor and an infinity pool on the rooftop with a stunning Arch view), a basic gym, movie room, BBQ area, and relaxing outdoor spaces.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all shared areas of the clubhouse, including the two pools, the infinity rooftop pool overlooking the sea, the gym, BBQ area, and cinema. The property offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay. Children aged 2 and older are welcome.
The Neighborhood:
El Tezal is one of Cabo San Lucas’ most desirable residential areas, combining tranquility with convenient proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shops. It’s just a short drive to Medano Beach or the lively marina filled with bars and local boutiques.
Getting Around:
The location provides easy access by car or taxi to the main attractions of Cabo. Walmart and Costco are only a few minutes away, and major roads connect quickly to downtown and the beaches.
Other Things to Note:
Suitable for children (ages 2-12) Visitors are welcome as long as we are notified in advance. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. Do not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation. No eating in the pool area. No food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes on.
- Pool hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Children may use the pool on the ground floor. - Children must be supervised by an adult. - The pool on the 3rd floor is for people 18 years and older. - We do not have lifeguard service. - No food or alcoholic beverages allowed. (There is a BBQ area for that purpose.) - No pets in the pool. - Moderate music levels. - No illegal activities or substances. - No glass bottles or accessories in the pool area. - No children in diapers in the pool.
