Modern, clean and nicely decorated inside. Good location on via Roma. We arrived at 2pm and had to wait a short while until our room was ready - checkout is 11am and there are seven rooms. We were given coffee. There is a coffee machine, plus tea and hot chocolate available, and the self service breakfast provided us with fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, toast, pastries etc, more than adequate. Bathroom, towels etc were good. The mattress was clean and comfortable but lacked a mattress protector and the bottom sheet was only wide enough to fit, not tuck in at the sides, which I thought a bit odd.
