My partner and i absolutely LOVED the pullman reef hotel! We cannot recomend this property highly enough and would definitely stay again ourselves in the future. One of the loveliest things was being able to wake up each morning to being able to go down to the hotel's restaurant where we were able to choose from a variety of ala carte options plus a coffee and juice. The service was very quick and the seating is very private. We had tried almost everything on the menu by the end of our stay and the quality was just exceptionql. The breakfast was available as an add on extra when we booked our flights + accommodation package for a very minimal cost per person and we couldnt believe how much value we got for our money by adding it in! All of the pullman staff from check in to check out were so polite, helpful and professional - they all make you feel like royalty and the bellhop service was very helpful. The room itself was very spacious compared to other standard hotel rooms and had the most fabulous bathroom complete with a spa bath and a shower that had a long bench seat inside the cubile with plenty of space to put your belongings which was perfect for long, luxurious showers and would also be very suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. We loved the plush king bed with multiple pillow options, well stocked mini bar and small but cosy balcony. The free parking included with the room was very useful for the city area too.
