The small size of the hotel makes every guest feel special . The rooms are very clean with a stunning view of the river Nile. Gourmet breakfast buffet. The place of the hotel in the center makes every place close.

For the price the hotel charged, I'd expect a lot better than other hotels. The cleaning staff didn't even put wash clothes in the bathroom, I had to ask for it. It's too noisy.

Allah by the pool was a gentleman. Super helpful and considerate. We really enjoyed seeing how much pride he took in his work and the fun that he had with all the guests. We could see him actively training the youngsters in his team and sharing his wisdom. He is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was disappointing. Room was smaller than expected. When we asked for a better we realised it was the old ‘bait and switch’ pay me more. The room we had had not been cleaned properly, carpet was dirty and bothered my partner’s allergies. When asked they finally changed the bedding. Most of the staff we dealt with from receptionist, cleaning staff, servers in restaurants gave us the feeling that all were just hustling for tips. Cancelled the out second stay back from the Cruise and Hurghada moving from Kempinski to Ramses Hilton - better hotel and lower cost. My impression is that Kempinski has lost its mojo and just wants attracting guest based on prior reputation.

Thought the hotel was a really nice stay. As a 5* expectations are set very high and overall felt the hotel fairly well met but didn’t exceed these/excite. Rooms felt a little small and dated, but overall service was good, location was nice, breakfast had a good variety and generally fair to good food. Cafe was excellent (atmosphere and food). Having stayed at two other 5* hotels on the same holiday albeit in a different country, the Kempinski was certainly not the best of the three but nonetheless a nice place all the same
