Cama desconfortável

O quarto possui uma cama de casal muito dura, bem desconfortável. O chuveiro do banheiro é bem ruim tb, a água ou fica quente demais ou é fria. Tivemos que tomar banho frios, por a água quente ser insuportável.

A área de piscinas do hotel é muito boa, com várias piscinas, porém o atendimento é um pouco ruim devido à grande demanda de hóspedes do hotel e o quantitativo de funcionários abaixo do necessário para atender essa demanda.
