Welcome to our cozy bi-level home! This listing features a fully private basement suite designed to give you comfort and independence during your stay.
Please note that the main entrance to the home is shared. When you enter the house, you will step into our main living area on the upper level, as we live upstairs. From there, you’ll access the basement suite through a private door dedicated exclusively to guests.
Once inside the basement, the entire space is yours to enjoy. The basement level is fully separated by its own door, ensuring privacy and a comfortable stay. This setup allows you to have your own quiet space while still being in a safe and welcoming home environment.
Perfect for guests looking for a private suite with the reassurance of hosts onsite if needed .20 minutes to downtown. If you are bored we have different board games and a ping pong table.

Nice neighborhood

We walked in and the stairs to the basement were right in front. Everything was clean, and the design could be better but it was mostly as described. What I was not expecting was that the door does not have a lock for security and took away the feeling of privacy. If my son needed to use the bathroom I was unable to exit my room. The bathroom was in between the living room and the bedroom. It was hard to sleep since the upstairs had no insulation. the smallest step sounded like a heavy object was pounding on the ceiling.

It was a very cute place. When i searched places i searched NW area, n this place was listed under NW area, the address is actually NE, so a little further away from where we wanted to be but all good. For some reason i thought it had a stove so we could cook n not eat out constantly, but no stove.
