Front desk - very friendly people. Breakfast - decent food (pancake, egg, sausage, hashbrown, etc ) Location - accessible to TimHortons, McDonalds, other Asian food options; near the mall. Free Parking. We loved the pool. Cons: parking area, always full, little space, and first come first serve. Its an old building.

Not bad, but definitely run down in areas. Room was okay but bathroom was cramped, dated, and a little beat up. (Tub spout looked like it was stomped on) I get it....its a place to sleep, but i could find same conditions in something in lower priced.

It was a great stay.staff was very friendly. The toilet didnt fill properly but that is all. The room was very nice and clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to friends and family

Outdated rooms but okay stay

It was for one night, and we booked a business suite for almost 300 bucks but had to upgrade when we arrived cos our room was so tiny. Also, the hair dryer in the room was not working, and the swimming pool floor was super gross. The pool itself was clean but the floor outside was terrible.

This hotel is obviously older. The wear and tear shows. We wouldn't have minded that so much except when we arrived there was an odd smell in the room. We didn't realize until we needed to use the bathroom that the smell was a bowel movement in the toilet. The toilet wouldn't flush so we had to call maintenance. To the hotel's credit maintenance came quickly and got the toilet running. The elevator was down the first morning of our visit but was fixed by afternoon. Overall the service was attentive, the breakfast was to be expected and the stay was quiet. It just wasn't a great start to our stay.
