Liked location and breakfast was fine. Didn't have a warm welcome like other hotels. Felt they were understaffed. A little outdated. The hot tub was warm and jets didn't work. The smoked detector beeped every 31 seconds at 12:30 am on our first night. The front desk said maintenance will be in at 8am, no offer to change rooms until we went downstairs to face them. He had to call in for approval to give us an upgrade.

Property was clean, no issues there. Staff was very good. Room did not have a microwave. The door has very poor seals and large undercut and lots of light from the corridor comes into the room when you are trying to sleep. We used pillows to block the light. Desk chair is in very poor condition, and is wobbly to use. Bed comforter very thin, not warm. Complimentary breakfast was good. We didn't try the pool.

Upon checking in, we asked about the onsite restaurant. We were told it was open until 10, and that if we Showed our room key we would get a discount. We dropped our bags off and went to eat. It was closed - at 7:25. There were people sitting outside that told us they had just inside eating. So it just closed ? We asked reception and were given no explanation. If it wasn’t open, why tell us the time and about the discount? The bathroom fan was not working properly and very loud. No hot a water this morning for shower - ice cold only in both shower and bathroom sink.

Yes and yes, the only thing's ; hot tub not hot enough , would like later check out (on request), need a pool table, And pub hours. Thats all i got , nothing terrible (im not a karen) Enjoyed my stay, definitely c0me back. P.S, eggs sucked, fix the elevator light , breakfast offerings are to close together, degenerates clog it up, waffles machine(get 2). Still had a great time, thx to you and your staff.

Hotel was clean but the C-train runs behind it and it's not very well insulated so it's a bit noisy at night. It needs an update to the shower head and the office chair but the bed was comfy.

The room was clean, there is a mcdonalds just down the road, as well as we stopped at this burger place, the burger mechanic it was pretty good all the food was fresh and good.

Although this is an old hotel, it is very clean. Location is good for access to Banff and Chinook Shopping Centre. Breakfast was decent.
