Our stay was absolutely awful at this hotel we paid $180 for a double bed room that had a mattress in that must be at least 20 years old on a metal frame holding it and the springs could be felt through the mattress . There also was no hot water both times I tried to have a shower . And wifi didn’t even work . I phoned front desk and asked them to move us to a different room w a better bed etc . They showed us one and it was the exact same as ours terrible . Upon leaving I stopped at the front and asked to speak to management he said he wasn’t in until 9 am . I called at 9:20 when I got home and they said he was busy and to leave a message . Total disregard for customer service and satisfaction or comfort . 3 basic things . A comfortable bed . Hot water and wifi . Pretty simple standards and we got zero . I then did a Google review and the owner said he wanted to talk to me . So I phone the hotel at 5:20 pm today and no management once again . I want our money back or sone sort of compensation . This place was not worth the $180 we paid . Highly disappointed

The room door was already opened before they give the check in card. The bedsheets were dirty in the room and were smelling so bad. The hallway was also smelling so bad and they refused to give the refund. I don’t recommend this hotel. Please be safe guys.

The room itself was average. Like most reviews, you'll read comments on the state of the room and how obvious repairs and the age of the room will be. What's stood out to us from previous time staying at This Hotel Was amount of garbage and broken glass constantly in the parking lots and around the building. As with many hotel properties that have changed hands in the Calgary area a lot of them have declined in many areas of either cleanliness hygiene or safety. This was the last time we'll be back to this hotel. There's a distinct correlation into which you can see who runs and operates hotels and and the cleanliness or lack thereof in and around facilities.
