It is hard to sleep in the morning because we kept hearing people stomping above us being so loud, and it was so early in the morning, so he ended up waking up really early and then even going to spend money for the buffet. It wasn’t worth it because when we got through everything was basically empty and they said they were coming out to fill it but we waited there for over 30 minutes and it never came so we just left. It was a waste of money. Food was Cold. Nice to and all but I would probably not come back here.

We liked everything about the hotel & its staff. We were in Calgary for a conference & our stay of 4 nights was very comfortable. Amar & Vivek at the front desk were super helpful, thank you. I wished that the pool were heated, it was a bit too cold for us.

So heads up if your staying here to get a early morning flight to the airport. They only start at 7am!!! Our flight leaves at 7am. Booked here because it said airport shuttle. Kinda useless for us. If you want to go to decent restaurants ( not small one in hotel)you'll need to book close to airport. Not impressed. As more is costing 39 bucks to get to airport.

Not airport convenient

Do not use this if you seek airport convenience with shuttle service included. It wasn’t available coming from airport or going to airport. Staff offered to call cab and failed to do so.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were just staying until 10 pm when we were getting a red eye flight. We were told when we arrived there was no room available early which I understand. Then we were told we could check in early for $30 extra. We have never been charged an early check in fee when the room is available. My husband and I travel extensively. This policy is definitely not typical to the industry. When we came back from lunch a half hour before check in time, the woman at the front desk did check us in with no additional charge.

One night with early departure for the airport. Ate at the hotel restaurant and was very impressed with atmosphere, menu, prices and my steak sandwich. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was so comfortable.
King bed. Nice bedding.
Kitchener wasn’t needed this stay but is a nice addition.
