Unfortunately, the airport shuttle services 2 hotels and there are only 13 seats. So there is no guarantee you will get the shuttle at the time you need it. Very disappointing & may have to stop staying at this hotel unless they offer more than 2 shuttle trips per hour.

The check in staff was amazing. The room was meh. It was very dusty and lacking some of the basic things that we are used to. The hot tub was not working and the breakfast was decent. Not to sure if we will be back.

This hotel nevers disappoints. Clean rooms, great staff, quiet and friendly. I always try to stay here when I'm flying out of Calgary. This time i asked for a later check out and i was able to stay till 1 pm with a small fee. I was grateful.

This is a lovely property with welcoming and helpful staff. We had to leave to catch a flight before breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived and it was great. The staff was attentive and the venue comfortable and welcoming. We looked out on the front garden which was festooned with snow to look like a winter wonderland. The free coffee bar seemed to have anything one could desire and was just inside the front door in the lobby so was easy to find and use. The room and bed was comfortable and the temperature came up easily to combat the frigid weather outside. The shuttle was comfortable and the driver to be commended on his driving capabilities on icy and snowy roads.
