Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. We’ve stayed at many different hotels near the Calgary airport over the years, and most have been great—but this one was by far the worst. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. Aurora at the front desk was extremely rude and acted entitled, making the check-in process unpleasant. We had booked a King-size bed but were given a Queen, and the mattress was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable—something you wouldn’t even buy for a budget guest room. The pillows were tiny, low-quality, and completely inadequate. The bathroom was no better. The water pressure in the shower was weak, the sink tap was improperly installed and hit the mirror when used, and the so-called “bath” towels were laughably small and cheap—only two were provided. Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. The standards here are far below what one would expect from a Hyatt, and frankly, Hyatt should remove their name from this property. I’ve had excellent experiences with Hyatt in the past, but after this disaster, we won’t be staying at any Hyatt again.

Excellent storm stayed stay!

We were storm stayed here for two nights after weather delayed our flights home. The hotel had excellent service, a nice menu in house for dinner They provided toiletries for us due to not having our luggage Excellent very friendly and attentive service Shuttle to the airport was available and prompt Breakfast area is very large and clean with some nice options Very clean and well maintained

Very clean and modern but bare in terms of toiletries (just a bar of soap). Not even hand lotion when its -40*c outside. Not even a bottle of complimentary drinking water. Most lower tier hotels even offer these basics.
