The Space:

Located in Riomaggiore City Tower, one of Cali's premier short-term rental buildings in the exclusive Santa Teresita neighborhood, this newly built (January 2024) studio apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, with access to the building's shared swimming pool.



The apartment features 23 m² (247 sq ft) of thoughtfully designed space, maximizing both comfort and functionality.



Enjoy a high-quality queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps. Blackout curtains provide the perfect environment for a restful night's sleep.



The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need for everyday cooking. You'll also find a safe for your valuables, as well as an iron and ironing board for added convenience.



Stay connected with a fast and reliable 200 MB fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, complete with Ethernet ports.



On-site parking is available for an additional fee in the building's basement, with direct elevator access for your convenience.



Housekeeping service is not included but can be arranged with at least one day's notice. The service includes a full apartment cleaning, along with fresh sheets and towels.



The swimming pool is located on the 4th floor and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, maintenance will take place on Tuesday instead. On the same floor, you'll also have access to a sauna, steam room, and a teppanyaki station.



For added peace of mind, the building is equipped with an emergency backup generator and a water reserve tank, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential utilities throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Once you check in, the entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You're welcome to receive visitors, provided that all house rules are respected. Please remember that every visitor must be registered with the building's security staff upon arrival.



Building Visitor Policy



All visitors must register at the front desk with building security before entering the property. A maximum of 2 visitors is permitted per reservation, and all visitors must leave the building by 11:00 PM.



Please note that visitors are not permitted to use the building's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Teresita is one of Cali's most sought-after residential neighborhoods, ideally located near the Cali Zoo and adjacent to the vibrant El Peñón hotel and dining district.



Just a few blocks from the building, you'll find Super A supermarket, with Baraka Ancestral Bakery conveniently located upstairs. Nearby, you can also visit other local favorites, including El Molino Bakery and Calathea Ice Cream.



For a casual family meal, Crepes & Waffles is an excellent choice and is located just two blocks away, next to the Hampton by Hilton hotel.



The La Tertulia Museum and Cali's iconic Cat Park are only a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can continue along the scenic riverfront toward the Boulevard del Río and the beautiful La Ermita Church.



The charming colonial neighborhood of San Antonio is also nearby, located behind the InterContinental Hotel. With its excellent location and a wide variety of restaurants, cultural attractions, and local landmarks within walking distance, this area offers plenty to discover throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

During the day, we encourage you to explore the area on foot whenever possible. Enjoy Cali's warm, year-round climate, discover the city's vibrant atmosphere, and experience everything the neighborhood has to offer.



For longer distances, Cali has more than 20,000 taxis that are both convenient and affordable, with fares starting at 4,000 pesos. You can also use ride-hailing services such as Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali, and Didi. Public buses are widely available throughout the city, although they can become quite crowded during peak hours.



In the evening, we recommend using a taxi or a ride-hailing service such as Uber or Didi for a safe, comfortable, and convenient way to get around.

Reservation Policy



Please note that once this apartment has been booked, the reservation cannot be transferred to another apartment or unit.



Registration



In accordance with Colombian law, all guests staying at the property must present a valid photo ID. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.



Please note that the apartment is located in Riomaggiore City Tower, a residential building with 24/7 reception and security. While we operate the apartment, the building is managed independently and requires its own registration process for all guests.



Upon arrival, your group must first register at the reception desk and present identification. For first-time guests at Riomaggiore, reception will create a photo profile for each guest in its system, similar to the registration process at a private club or gym.



During your stay, reception staff may ask you to present identification whenever you enter or leave the building. We recommend carrying a valid ID with you at all times.



Building Access for External Visitors (Effective May 1, 2026)



Riomaggiore has implemented a building-wide visitor access policy.



Registered guests included in the reservation may enter the building at no additional cost.



External visitors must purchase a day pass for COP 25,000 per person, per day. Children under 12 years old are exempt.



The pass is issued by the building administration and includes access to the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. Payment can be made at reception by cash, QR code, or bank transfer.



Please note that this policy is established by the building administration and is not managed by us as your host.



Medical Tourists



If you will be undergoing a medical procedure during your stay, please let us know in advance. Any damage to bed linens or towels resulting from medical treatments will be charged accordingly.



Airport Transportation



If you need transportation from the airport, we'd be happy to assist. We work with several highly rated professional drivers who will meet you upon arrival, help with your luggage, and can make one stop of up to 15 minutes at a supermarket, ATM, or another convenient location on the way to the apartment. They know the exact location of the property, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival.



Electronic Invoice



We provide a legally compliant electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice meets all local tax regulations and may be used for eligible business expense deductions.



Interruption in Utilities & Tropical Conditions:



This is the tropics, and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet may experience occasional interruptions. These situations are completely beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Fortunately, the building is equipped with a backup water tank and an emergency power generator.



Additionally, due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter insects such as ants or mosquitoes. While we take preventive measures to minimize their presence, they are a natural part of the environment and may occasionally be seen during your stay.
