Whistling Acres Villa #1 is a modern, yet quaint and peaceful wooded area on three acres with the TN River/KY Lake less than a mile away.

Take a swim, bring your own kayak or rent one at the sandy beach at the nearby State Park, 10 minutes away.🚣🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️

On a beautiful day you can sit out on the deck and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching nature go by.

Pull your boat around the corner at the boat ramp; enjoy a bonfire on the property, roast s’mores, and fire up the grill!!!🤤
