Breakfast was mediocre & minimal. The room was extremely small & noisy. One expects an at the airport hotel overnight stay to be small, but whatever the origin of the noise it was continuous. Hard to fall asleep as i need to as i now type.

O quarto era muito sujo, com cabelo no ralo, e não era pouco. Não tem caída o chuveiro e o rodo que fica no banheiro acaba mesmo tendo função. Não gosto de ar condicionado em hotéis, geralmente não são limpos com frequencia, não tive escolha para desligar e nem regular a temperatura. Fiquei com frio a noite toda e acordei com a garganta fechada. Entendo que a comodidade do hotel está em ser dentro do aeroporto, mas a sujeira me deixou muito preocupada, não esperava uma super acomodação, mas com certeza já fiquei em pousadas de 1 estrela melhores.

Peguei o quarto econômico e não recomendo. Absolutamente desconfortável, uma cama que sequer permite esticar as pernas e que rangia a cada movimento. Cada barulho no corredor é ouvido dentro do quarto. Quando cheguei o banheiro estava molhado e sujo, e não havia papel. O café da manhã foi até uma surpresa positiva. Mas acho uma pena uma opção que deveria ser cômoda oferecer um nível de conforto tão sofrível.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa. Infelizmente, dou nota 1 porque é a avaliação mínima possível. Logo na chegada, já havia um forte cheiro de esgoto na área, o que causou uma primeira impressão desagradável, embora eu acredite que possa ter sido um caso isolado. É uma pena, porque o hotel possui uma localização extremamente estratégica para quem vem de longe, e o fato de estar dentro do aeroporto deveria ser um grande diferencial positivo. No café da manhã, observei problemas sérios de higiene, pois havia bichinhos diretamente sobre os frios, como presunto e queijo, o que é bastante preocupante. O sistema de ar-condicionado é central, por fazer parte da estrutura do aeroporto, e não permite regulagem individual no quarto. Ainda assim, talvez uma adaptação que possibilite aumentar ou diminuir o fluxo de saída do ar ajudaria muito no conforto dos hóspedes, já que passei frio durante a noite e tive o descanso prejudicado. Além disso, o hotel não disponibilizava Wi-Fi, algo básico atualmente. O colchão era extremamente duro e desconfortável, tornando a noite ainda mais difícil. Outro ponto crítico foi o banheiro: chuveiro e privada ficam juntos em um espaço muito pequeno (aproximadamente 1,20 m x 1,00 m), o que compromete totalmente o conforto e a usabilidade. No geral, a estrutura e os serviços ficaram muito abaixo do esperado, e infelizmente não recomendo a hospedagem.
