O hotel tem localização central, é limpo o que torna a estadia prática e confortável. O café da manhã é trivial e peca pq o café, por vezes, é servido morno devido ao desligamento da máquina. Quanto ao atendimento, deixa a desejar, recomendo melhoria na recepção. Uma postura mais cordial, com cumprimentos e maior atenção aos hóspedes, faria grande diferença na experiência. Sugiro investir em treinamento de equipe, com foco em hospitalidade e acolhimento, para alinhar o serviço ao potencial do hotel.

Poucos pontos a melhorar

Os quartos são muito bons, o problems que vejo é como chegar neles, a disposição é muito estranha. Você pega um elevador no terreo que dá dentro do restaurante, então com sua mala atravessa ele para sair para um caminho que dá volta em um vão, com escadas inclusive para depois ter acesso ao corredor do seu quarto. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar pelo preço da diária. O estacionamento é bom. O atendimento também foi bom.

Boa relação custo/benefício

Limpeza muito acima da média (principalmente do banheiro) e atendimento cordial. Quarto confortável e com boa manutenção. Bom café-da-manhã; os bolos decepcionaram um pouco. Li algumas avaliações criticando a acústica, porém, como o hotel estava relativamente vazio e os quartos próximos ao meu estavam desocupados, não tenho parâmetros para avaliar. Apesar de não ter utilizado a piscina, a área pareceu bastante convidativa. Se retornar à Itapira, o Ferian será minha escolha de hospedagem.

Poderia ser melhor

Estadia razoavel. Quarto amplo e confortavel porem sem qualquer isolamento acustico . Ouvia -se conversas ,tv , uso de chuveiro ou descarga dos apartamentos vizinhos a ponto de atrapalhar sono e descanso . Alguns funcionarios da recepcao pouco atenciosos. Cafe da manhã bom . Limpeza excelente .
