Perfect place for a large group. Beautiful view and nice recreational areas. Host communicated promptly and hotel staff was very helpful.

This property was misrepresented in Expedia's description. "Castle in the Mountains" was not the property's name. It was Green on Green. We went to a different property, putting that name in Google Maps. It took another 30 mins to get to the correct location. This is a private apartment in the hotel. The hotel was not able to provide any services to us. There was no soap in the apartment in any of the bathrooms, so we had to buy some. There wasn't a hair dryer, and the water turned one person's hair green. There weren't any lights on the very steep staircase. The apartment was generously large and had a nice view of the mountain trees. The rating Expedia was 10 out of 10. That certainly is not the case. The hotel had some beautiful rooms, but it was generally run down. We only saw five other guests at the facility. We were excited to stay there and were very disappointed. I wouldn't stay there again. Expedia needs to look into the description and rating of this property which falsely represents it.

Tranquilo e aconchegante!

Tranquilo e aconchegante! Dá para fazer refeições. mas como tem ótimos restaurantes e queria descansar, tomei refeições fora. Se sente em casa, diferente de ficar em apenas um quarto. Recomendo principalmente para descansar!
