Super recomendamos

Meus pais ficaram no hotel por minha recomendação e do meu esposo. Meus pais simplesmente amaram e irão voltar. A experiência deles foi a melhor possível. O quarto foi maravilhoso, espaçoso, o hotel super limpo, o staff foi muito educado, o café da manhã foi maravilhoso com variedade e reposição sempre que era possível e a piscina foi um bônus para eles. Simplesmente tudo perfeito e todos nós recomendamos.

Péssima Experiência

Em síntese, uma péssima experiência! Não recomendo e não retorno à rede. Atendimento bem ruim desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto. Ao realizar uma simples reclamação quanto a limpeza do quarto a resposta do atendimento foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Nenhuma ação efetiva para se resolver um simples problema, nenhum retorno do gerente. Além disso o quarto parece um quarto de motel barato. Nesse ponto fui enganado pelas fotos. Por fim, a piscina que estava anunciada como aberta, de fato não estava funcionando e a resposta do atendimento também foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Para quem tiver interesse em se hospedar vale a pena perguntar previamente.

Achei o atendimento em geral na média, devido ao covid, parecia que o hotel estava bem cheio. O que foi mais desagradável, foi no domingo pela manhã as camareiras limpando os quartos e falando muito alto pelos corredores. Quem estava dormindo ou descansando foi incomodado.

Deixou a desejar

Peguei um quarto mais em conta, ja sabia que seria um quarto com estrutura simples, mas foi alem disso... Os móveis descascando, frigobar estava enferrujado, a cama com um buraco no meio, meu marido acordou com muita dor nas costas, eu achava que meu colchão estava ruim, mas aquele estava uma vergonha... Para o chuveiro esquentar tinja que deixar ele ligado uns 4 minutos no maximo porque é a gás, um desperdício absurdo se água!! Não é porque escolhi um quarto maia simples que deveria vir nessas condições, ja me hospedei no dan in da minha cidade em im quarto simples também mas os moveis estavam em excelente estado, quarto extremamente cheiroso, dando aquela sensação de que eu estava chegando em um hotel, esse infelizmente nao foi assim. Gostaria muito de ter tido condições de ter ficado em uma quarto melhor, mas acho que quem fica em quarto simples tambem deveria ter o mesmo cuidado de quem paga mais caro porque só nós sabemos o quanto suamos para conseguir fazer uma viagem e pelo menos uma vez no ano poder desfrutar de uns dias diferentes e esquecer do trabalho. Apesar de tudo, quero ressaltar a simpatia e disposição de todos os funcionários do hotel, todos muito solícitos e dispostos em todo o tempo, destaco em especial o atendimento do Diego que nos acolheu de uma maneira extraordinária assim que chegamos! Outro ponto positivo foi a TV smart, apenas.

Local muito bom, no geral. O único porém foi a questão da disponibilidade do quarto que havia sido reservado e acabamos tendo de ficar com um quarto duplo com uma cama extra, o que reduziu sensivelmente a mobilidade no ambiente do quarto. Soma-se que a cama precisou ficar rente à parede e acabei sentindo a necessidade de me movimentar na maca para diminuir a sensação de frio. No mais, a estrutura é de alta qualidade e que vale a pena se hospedar, sendo de meu interesse me hospedar novamente em momento futuro para usufruir com plenitude todo o conforto e qualidade do hotel.

Hospedagem muito boa, fácil acesso ao centro. Quarto aconchegante, porém é possível ouvir todo o barulho do quarto ao lado, inclusive quando se dá a descarga. Café da manhã muito bom, com boas variedades e bolos maravilhosos! Única observação seria para a troca da sanduicheira, estava bem desgastada e quebrada.

Já estive no hotel outras vezes e essa foi muito boa a experiência os quartos n tinha carpete então n tinha cheiro de mofo a única coisa que n gostei foi a taxa de 75 dia da minha cachorrinha de 1 kilo que praticamente fica dentro da bolsa ( e n tinha nada avisado sobre taxa ) quando fechei achei injusto n ter avisos e tbm a taxa ja que a mesma nem pode ficar no quarto só ( nao que eu iria deixar) fora isso café foi dentro do padrão localização boa é só bastante barulho logo cedo
